Hi, I'm Chris Squires.

I opened Cascade Peak Performance in 2012 because I believe a gym should be about help.

Instead of endless rows of equipment or one size fits all classes, our team of coaches provide experienced and individualized support every workout.

Our training system is designed for long term results:

  3. Consistent Improvement

 

This system has helped many people achieve their goals. Are you starting your fitness journey? Returning to activity after an injury? Or looking to maximize your physical capabilities?

The key is finding the correct starting point. Setup your trial workout, and together we will develop your personal fitness plan.

WHY WE 'RE A BETTER VALUE THAN A STANDARD GYM.

Many gyms advertise a low monthly price, but stack fees on top of it. Their memberships effectively just let you walk through the doors without teaching you how to safely use the gym or be successful.
