Owner & Lead Coach

Chris has been coaching since 2004. He was a high school track coach for 3 seasons at Springfield High and 4 seasons with North Eugene High specializing in the throwing events. Chris became a certified personal trainer in 2008. He is also a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, and added that organization's Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coaching certification in 2023.

Chris has helped many people move better and get stronger while dropping inches and pounds. He specializes in helping anyone build an active and healthy lifestyle, regardless of their starting point.

Rachel Eisel


Rachel’s love for fitness began when she joined her middle school dance team. After 4 years of competing, she took on roles coaching and mentoring people of all ages and backgrounds, and has continued to coach others and personally train in multiple genres ranging from jazz to Dance Technique & Fitness.


Her own struggles with injuries, and her love for teaching, led her to a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University, and her personal training certification from ACSM. She focused her education on nutrition science, lifestyle change, and functional fitness. 


Rachel wants to make fitness fun and accessible, and enjoys programming for specific skills or activities, as well as for activities of daily living.


Sophie Puetz


Sophie joined the team in 2021 and received her education from the LCC Movement and Exercise Science Program.

Josh Sanders


Josh joined the team in 2022. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University.
