Chris has been a Personal Trainer and High School Track Coach since 2004. He coached the Throws for 3 seasons at Springfield High and 4 seasons with North Eugene High. He has been a certified personal trainer since 2008, and currently holds certifications from APEX, NESTA. He also is certified to do the Functional Movement Screen, and is a Certifed Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.

Chris has helped many people move better and get stronger while dropping inches and pounds. He specializes in helping anyone build an active and healthy lifestyle, regardless of their starting point.

Program Director 

Alex is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. In 2009 Alex got off the couch; he found fitness as part of a radical lifestyle change. In the following two years he went from a bodyweight of 150 lbs to 210 lbs while maintaining the same body fat percentage. He has also competed in multiple strongman contests.

With the lessons learned from his journey, Alex started his personal training career in 2012. He specializes in lifestyle change, strength development, and fat loss.

Eric Tolson

Fitness Coach

Eric is a lifelong athlete with a passion for strength training and pain-free movement. In 2018, he enrolled in the Fitness and Lifestyle program at Lane Community College to turn his passion into a career. After that program, he worked at the Northwest Strength Institute in Eugene as a strength trainer and assistant weightlifting coach. 


Eric has extensive experience exploring different strength training methods. It is his goal to create a fun, safe, and informative training environment to help others move and feel their best.


In his free time, Eric enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and strength sports. He is currently working towards his master's degree in exercise physiology.
